The Circle is the most comprehensive training program in basketball for 3rd - 6th grade Lady Ballers. The Circle combines skill-development, sports performance and character development. The end goal is to create great habits at an early age to prepare for middle school, high school and college basketball.

We organize players into groups of up to 12, equal skill-set, with one trainer for (1) hour.

This is a great opportunity for the players to be coached by Natalie Morse and IGB staff in our:

Sports Performance (speed, strength, agility, rest and recovery)
Ball Handling (stationary, 1v1 moves, footwork)
Finishing (reps against defenders)
Shooting (four F's of shooting - footwork, flow, follow through and finish)
