Fall Training : October 28th - December 19th
8 Weeks: Small Group Training
Led by Natalie Morse and IGB Trainers. Each training session lasts 1 hour. The first portion includes warm up and strength, speed, agility, and flexibility. The remaining time is focused on ball handling, finishing, schemes, situations, 3v3, and 5v5.
Using the iron sharpens iron approach, we bring together the best players and trainers to train in a small group format.
