How it works!

Attend Monday or Tuesday for a Team Development Training Session that includes IGB Offensive and Defensive Principles (Monday and Tuesday will be an identical training plan)

Attend Wednesday or Thursday for an Individual Development Training Session that includes Shooting (rhythm shooting, off the pass shooting and off the dribble shooting) and Play (Wednesday and Thursday will be an identical training plan)

Winter Training (January 5th - February 27th)
